Sorry! First I wanted to take a picture with the other england flag ( white background and red cross ), but it doesn't work. So, I had to paint the GB one ... Damn, she killed me x_x

I love the sharpness of the water going up. I also like how in the "water spout" it has distorted parts of the flag but they are super clear, I thought it was a pretty cool effect. I only wish maybe the water around the "water spout" was more sharp or clear but it is understandable that it is not clear because it is moving water. I kinda wish that the flag is a bit clearer. I give your 4.5 stars for vision because the "water spout" was clear but not the flag or the water surrounding it. I give you 4.5 stars for originality because I have seen a lot of people do this type of thing but the England flag behind it is something original and makes this photograph stand out from the rest. I give you 4 stars for technique because there are some areas that could be improved on. I give you 4.5 stars for the impact because overall this is a very wonderful piece.
